Last month a kick off was launched of the Bike4Care intervention in\u00a0<\/span>Uganda. In May 2012, 410 Village Health Team members are equipped with\u00a0fortified bicycles. This will happen in two selected sub counties in the three districts of Apac, Kumi and Nakapiripirit. By providing appropriate bicycles the Bike4Care intervention will improve accessibility to proper health care. Target groups are isolated communities in these districts.<\/p>\n
