Gert Verhofstede cycles for CooP-Africa

Every year, Gert Verhofstede, makes a long cycling tour of 6 weeks. “Won’t you sell your bike? We will put together with the whole village!” was one of the proposals he heard during one of his bicycle tours. By traveling by bicycle, he realized that a bicycle really could mean a way out of poverty. This year he cycles through Uganda for CooP-Africa. As an employee of Indaver in Belgium, he will especially highlight the Bike2Clean programme.
